The sole director of M.E.E. Ltd is Jamal Bassasso who was a former director of planning and human resources at Al Jazeera. Note that the caption of the photo in the sourced article mentions only that Trump's wife is Jewish, as if that is the most important thing about them.

That being said, the term "illegal" is interesting. Since Palestine is not a nation and any authority they may have derives from the Israeli government which administrates the territory wholly, exactly how does one ascertain that the settlements are illegal?
Maybe the author of the article just happened to leave out the words, "in our opinion" before the word "illegal"?
