New York Times: Trump Chooses Ben Carson to Lead HUD
« on: December 05, 2016, 08:40:22 pm »

Ben Carson, who took Donald J. Trump on a tour of blighted neighborhoods in Detroit during the presidential campaign, including his boyhood home, has been chosen by Mr. Trump to oversee one of the government’s main efforts to lift American cities as secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

The argument seems to be that he actually *lived* in public housing, the only HUD Secretary to ever do so.

Prepare for inner cities to be rebuilt as pyramids.

And the same goes with rural farmlands, with federal cash to be spend transforming their grain silos into pyramids, too.

I present your new urban housing skyscrapers:

I suspect that Trump knows far more about HUD than Carson does. He's very likely dealt with HUD on many occasions.

HUD is a money laundering agency as it is.

Trump's Pop Fred prolly is the reason HUD started.  So, following that... Trump is really HUDs  Father.

At one time I probably would have thought positively about this.  But Carson showed some very bad judgment on the campaign for Trump.  I think he has a great big heart.  And he probably thinks the best of everyone.  Usually a good thing but not when you are in the ring with career liberal politicians.  They will take the government to the cleaners.  Pocketing all the way.
AG William Barr: "I'm recused from that matter because one of the law firms that represented Epstein long ago was a firm that I subsequently joined for a period of time."

Alexander Acosta Labor Secretary resigned under pressure concerning his "sweetheart deal" with Jeffrey Epstein.  He was under consideration for AG after Sessions was removed, but was forced to resign instead.
