"There is no evidence — or even an allegation — that any tampering with Pennsylvania's voting systems actually occurred."

Warning darkly of a stolen election, Donald J. Trump has called on supporters to turn out in droves on Election Day to monitor polling places, telling them they need to be vigilant against widespread voter fraud and a rigged outcome.
“Voter fraud is all too common, and then they criticize us for saying that,” he said at a rally Tuesday in Colorado Springs. “But take a look at Philadelphia, what’s been going on, take a look at Chicago, take a look at St. Louis. Take a look at some of these cities, where you see things happening that are horrendous.”

Ahem. Trump's own words are the evidence needed halt his own complaint.
You've got it exactly backwards. Trump was calling for poll watchers to go to the polls on election day to ensure fraud/cheating didn't occur, or at least ensure it was reported if it did. The Democrats did the same thing. That means that if there really was any cheating, both parties would have been in the position to report it if it happened.
That is precisely what makes vague/unsupported/after the fact allegations of misconduct
not credible. Because you can bet that Hillary Clinton had observers at all those places, and
they didn't report any cheating. That's a big reason why the Democrats haven't pushed for these investigations, because they know there
wasn't any fraud at the polling places.
I've poll watched, and it is actually a good thing to have both sides be present, suspicious, and monitoring the election. It helps discredit baseless, after the fact allegations of fraud.
