How far will Trump's illegal immigration plans go?

An immigration enforcement organization contends that President-elect Donald Trump won't be able to implement his immigration enforcement agenda – unless the American public remains engaged in the process.

Promising to close down the southern border is arguably the most defining issue that propelled Trump to victory in last Tuesday’s duel against Democratic rival Hillary Clinton.

Now, the question many Americans are asking is: How much of the immigration agenda Trump touted during his campaign can – and will – be implemented?

The single easiest thing to do to reduce illegals in the US is to use the tax code to penalize businesses that hire illegals.  This can be done by administrative law.  Simply require the maximum tax rate on the business until such time as they can show that each of their employees have been confirmed as citizens.  Use of the E-Verify system or presentation of a US Passport per employee, shall be proof against the tax assessment/rule.  If after they have established a verification system and they are shown to have hired illegals, prohibit their executives or members of the board that were running the company at the time from taking any tax deductions for the next 2 years.

Additionally:
- No Federal money for sanctuary cities
- No federal benefits for those here illegally
- Restrict voting in federal elections to US citizens only and enforce the law
- Make English the official US language of the courts, laws, government and administrative rules (can be published in multiple languages but the English version shall be the final and most authoritative version for the courts)
- Limit land purchases to US Citizens, US corporations, US chartered organizations (unions, churches, non-profits, etc) and LEGAL aliens
- Amend US Law with regards to discrimination lawsuits to exclude the denial of services to illegal aliens as grounds for a discrimination lawsuit
- double the size of the US Immigration courts to handle the case load,
- allow those who are caught to self deport within 72 hours (take DNA sample, check against immigrant database, warn that they will be convicted next time - i.e. no self deport).
- Implement hard labor building compressed earth block (CEB) manually for those who are caught the 2nd time (assumes no other crime)
- Use the CEBs to build ICE stations along the border, a rail or road network between them, detention centers, and finally the wall itself.
