UN Compiling Blacklist of Companies Supporting Israeli Settlements in Disputed Territories

(CNSNews.com) – The United Nations’ top human rights division is beginning to compile an unprecedented blacklist of private companies doing business in territories disputed between Israel and the Palestinians, a move likely to benefit the anti-Israel boycott, divestment and sanctions (BDS) campaign.

Last March the U.N. Human Rights Council (HRC) passed a resolution calling for the office of U.N. Human Rights Commissioner Zeid Ra’ad Al Hussein to compile a database of companies whose business activities are deemed to be supporting Jewish communities in the disputed territories – or in U.N. terminology, “illegal settlements” in the “occupied Palestinian territories.”

More resolutions are pending. Rumors are that the Eightball Obama has signaled through back channels to enemies of Israel that he will instruct the Ambassador to the U.N. not to veto actions that traditionally the U.S. has vetoed.  These anti-Israel moves are efforts to pressure Netenyahu to capitulate to U.S. and muzz demands for things like rolling back Israel to pre-1967 borders, withdrawing from existing settlements and ending building of new ones on the West Bank of Gaza and permanent complete military withdrawal from the Golan Heights (suicidal).

With any luck Obama will be struck by lightening or otherwise die before the end of his term so that Israel is not forced into untenable positions by any more of the Eightball Obama's anti-Semitic fetishes.
