Harassing the electors to switch to Hillary is like hounding your wife for sex.  Even if it works, you're not going to enjoy the results.
If all I want is a warm feeling, I should just wet my pants.

Results have to be accepted by Congress right?

I think congress should accept the results but it would be a big fight. After all, electors, delegates, representatives etc are supposed to use their own judgement as well as the will of the people but they are not supposed to be a rubber stamp.

Don't some states bound their electors to the vote?
Texas does not, but I don't know about other states.
Evidently, Idaho does not, or someone is wasting a lot of time.

"Bound" is a meaningless word in this context because you can't legally punish an elector, delegate, representative etc for voting against the will of the constituents. Their vote can be negated or they can be replaced but no criminal charges can be brought against the elected representative. I think it was Judge Napolitano who said during the primary that it had been tried and the supreme court ruled that it was unconstitutional to force ANYONE including elected officials to vote against their conscience.
