A city of Nacogodoches employee could possibly be disciplined for actions taken during an incident where he opened fire hydrants near anti-Trump protesters.

According to City Manager Jim Jeffers, the worker chose to flush hydrants upstream of protesters, across from Stephen F. Austin University. An exact location of the site could not be provided by the city. The water was left on for some time and allowed cars driving by to splash the protesters. ....

On the surface, it was just childish. It may have only been a problem being an unscheduled flushing of the system which could have reduced water pressure for fighting a real fire.

If you live on a Cul-de-Sac they flush it about once a week, I guess it's the way the system is designed
