Stock Markets Rally For Sixth Day After Trump Win

Domestic and global stock markets rallied for the sixth consecutive day following the announcement of President-elect Donald Trump’s win over former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
The Dow Jones Industrial average opened at 18,910.67 and sits at 18,909.57 as of 9:31 a.m Monday morning. The Dow Jones average has risen almost 1,000 points since Election Day. The Dow U.S. Total Market Index rose from 21,989 on Election Day to 22,440.44 Friday, a gain of more than 450 points in just one week. The U.S. Total Market Index opened at 22,500.06 on Monday morning.
