President-elect Donald Trump said early Sunday that Ohio Gov. John Kasich (R) called to congratulate him on his victory in Tuesday's election.

"Governor John Kasich of the GREAT, GREAT, GREAT State of Ohio called to congratulate me on the win. The people of Ohio were incredible!" Trump wrote on Twitter.
