She is in a dangerous position to say that "God did this" as though God actually condones an immoral reprobate cheater's behavior.  I fully believe that God allowed this, but that the entire election, with two vile candidates is an example of God's allowing us to continue in our moral degradation.

MUCH more likely. Especially since there were candidates available all the way along who would be considered to be more in line with what the Father considers to be right living...

Exactly.  But the "Republican" choice was one of greed, retribution and power, with total disregard for the integrity of the candidate.

I know we are expected to give Trump a chance, but he has to turn around his life before that can happen.

She is a nutjob.  Remember when she accused Rick Perry of causing the mental retardation of a young girl because of his Gardasil requirement?

http://abcnews.go.com/Health/Wellness/michele-bachmanns-hpv-vaccine-safety-retardation-comments-misleading/story?id=14516625

Yeah I did.  I was Living in TX then.  Perry did step over the line with that one.  But MB went cocopuffs on it.  I think that's when I was convinced she was a nut.

Yup.

We believe on this earth in Adolf Hitler alone! We believe in National Socialism as the creed which is the sole source of grace! We believe that Almighty God has sent us Adolf Hitler so that he may rid Germany of the hypocrites and Pharisees. - Robert Ley German Labor Front
"God With Us" belt buckle.

One of the many examples of some who believed without question...mutterkreuz is another, and there are numerous such examples.

This image is provided as an example, the Got Mit Uns buckle was used in WWI also, without the latter heraldry. In no way is this to be construed as support for the ideologies of those who wore this regalia or belonged to the Party apparatus which it represented. This is only a warning against attributing the actions of a man to The Almighty, and thus considering them without flaw.

What I find interesting, and a tool of the Adversary, is that anytime someone points out sin, they are almost automatically accused of being a Pharisee and Sadducee, without any understanding of what they were and why Jesus excoriated them to begin with.

We see this with self-identifying Christians who embrace homosexual marriage and accuse those who still call those behaviors sin, to be Pharisees and Sadducees.

Because in this perverted culture - the only sins that exist are those who call evil what it is, and those who refuse to bow down to the government and culture.

Perhaps the Lord permitted it to happen.  Not the same as causing.
The Lord's wrath will not be spared on the wicked, lest they repent.

Many will have to answer, eventually. Perhaps He spared us from a Clinton SCOTUS appointment, but that short-term gain may be followed by long-term retribution.

Not too many people think long range, myrle.

We clearly dodged a bullet in not being oppressed by Hillary, but we sacrificed every value we had to get there.

That's not a good idea in the end.

What the hell do you mean, "WE", kemo sabi?

You didn't sacrifice a thing.   And you reminded all of us about that for over a year.

@musiclady

Well, other than my actual career which is being a college professor, yes..... I value honesty and being straightforward when I post here.

And I agree with sinkspur.  It was the liberal/Democrat wing of the Republican party that sacrificed the honor of the party and the integrity of the process by nominating a man without values.

He may be President-elect, but he has no more honor today than he did when I fought against him during the Primary because he was/is a degenerate.

It started way back when candidates were hanging around Iowa and Trump came out in favor of ethanol subsidies and an increased renewable fuels mandate (Cronyism). They started making excuses then and haven't stopped.

Yep. Between that and his glowing intent to use the EPA to enforce them, he went from a 'possible' to a 'nevermind' on my list. The more I saw, the more I knew I had made a correct assessment. However, the angry mob has spoken, and it is what it is. Funny, they are still angry, even after they won.

It occurred to me after you wrote this post, @Blizzardnh that you were shamelessly trolling in order to entrap me (I should have seen it yesterday when you did it).

I posted my thoughts, legitimate and well considered..... all about Donald Trump, and the spiritual condition of America......nothing personal.

You brought me into it personally in order to bait me, because you knew the answer to your own baiting.  That Trump had verbally claimed not to ask forgiveness for sin.

So when I stated a response to your baiting (silly me.  I know you're a troll), you brought the axe down over my neck with your absolutely false and insane comparison of me.... a self-admitted, forgiven sinner, cleansed by the blood of the RESURRECTED Christ with not only a sinful Pharisee, but also a Sadducee, who does not even have the basic belief in Resurrection, let alone the Resurrection of my Savior, Jesus Christ.

What you did was shameful, and shameless, and shame on ME for falling into your trap of deceit.

The question is........ why are you still trolling and setting traps for non-Trump voters on this forum after you supposedly WON the election??

Despite speaking out AGAINST the subsidies, all subsidies, Cruz won Iowa.
Guess the choice put the state in DT's favor.
He pandered all the way across the country.  From the ridiculous Taco Bowl on downward it was painful to watch.
We had our chance in the primaries and we failed America.

Ted Cruz is the one who failed. His strategy, like most of the other candidates, was to be the last one standing next to Trump. That allowed Trump to get away with saying whatever the heck he felt like saying...the more outrageous, the better.

Ted should have heeded the words of Ricky Bobby: if you ain't first, you're last.

After reading this whole thead, I think people are getting it wrong.  I think MB said that "a god" did this.

She was obviously referring to Loki.
