 But for us to not be aware of the potential for everything from SWATting, to false accounts which create an online persona we have no connection with until the raid team/police/Alphabet soup of agencies show up, bank accounts are siezed, etc, or groups of aggrieved citizens show up to demonstrate their displeasure or wrath upon their target, be that through false representation by another as you or the assertion by people who are opposed to you, your business, your politics, (or for any of a host of possible motivations), wish you harm.

I'm certainly NOT suggesting folks remain unaware of the hazards and risks.

I'm merely noting, that, imho, "curing" such problems by government rule, law, regulation and/or policing would end up far worse than the problem.

Disgusting.  Blocking traffic, harassing and threatening and attacking motorists, smashing store windows, destroying property, setting fires – that is not protesting, that is rioting.

However, the title of the video – “Portland anti-Trump rioters attack pregnant woman with a baseball bat” doesn’t match the news report video posted nor any of the reports on the incident that I could find.

Was her vehicle blocked? Yes.

Did someone smash her windshield? Yes.

And both are inexcusable.

Did a “couple” of the protestors appear to try to help her and diffuse the situation? Yes.

Did anyone hit her with a baseball bat? No.

Was she pregnant? Unknown.

The reporter says the female driver, who was obviously shaken and very upset and understandably so, said she was in an emergency but nowhere could I find that she said or that the reporter said that she was pregnant.

So why is that the title of the YouTube video?  More sensational to get more clicks for the YouTube vid?

I’m sure I will see this posted elsewhere with the headline “BREAKING!!!! PREGNANT WOMAN BRUTALLY BEATEN DURING SOROS RIOT FOR HAVING A MAGA BUMPER STICKER!!!!!
