(CNN)A database containing the identity of undocumented immigrants living in New York City would not be opened up to a Trump administration without a "real fight," the city's mayor said on Thursday.
Mayor Bill de Blasio, speaking at a news conference the day after President-elect Donald Trump's stunning electoral victory, also left open the possibility that the database, which holds personal information from the more than 850,000 New Yorkers who have a city municipal identification card, could be scrubbed.

The IDNYC card was introduced in 2015 as a free and official proof of identification that could be obtained with limited documentation -- making it accessible to the nearly half million city residents without legal immigration status.
The personal information of cardholders, including addresses and dates of birth, is stored on encrypted databases and servers, according to the city. It cannot be disclosed to federal law enforcement or immigration authorities without permission from the city's human resources administration. Applicants do not have to disclose their immigration status to receive a card.

Sanctuary cities need to pay a price for breaking federal immigration law. They've become very arrogant along with their citizens in thinking they are above the law. Start withholding federal dollars and see what they do.

The significance of this is that Democrats have already proven dozens if not hundreds of times that they do not give one single damn about any "law". They are so certain of their 'righteousness' that they absolutely feel that 'law' does not apply to them. Their agenda in their minds is above the law. And since Obama always had their back for 8 years now, they have no fear of breaking the law because they know nothing will happen to them. Although they are not used to law-enforcement and do not respect it under the guidance of Obama, if they feel that 'real' investigations, and 'real' law-enforcement may be coming, they will burn everything.


This is dangerous because it means that the radical Liberals could do literally anything that they feel will hurt Trump and his agenda. How many databases and documents are being deleted as we speak in the EPA, IRS, DOJ, White House, all over Washington D.C., and all over the country, even as we speak? We may never know. Liberals will have cleaning-teams all over the place before January.


The Democrats/Liberals are morphing into domestic terrorists instead of American citizens. And this is just the beginning. I am not sure that there is a limit to what they may do to "f**k everything up" before Trump takes over.


Trump and his staff should watch for this and get it under control as quickly as he can. All this talk of 'unity' and 'cooperation' is a ruse the Democrats always use against Republicans. The good news is that the domestic terrorists are mostly in large cities and our military has had lots of experience fighting terrorists in large cities. However I think the first order of business is to find and jail those providing funding for the domestic terrorists.

Quietly go to an Immigration judge, get a warrant for the database, the hard drive, all backups and related files.  Have ICE agents very publicly raid the location where these are kept and start hauling out computers and file boxes.  If ANYONE attempts to interfere, arrest them.
