Nigel Farage describes Barack Obama as a 'loathsome creature' - and warns Donald Trump not to touch Theresa May

Nigel Farage has described Barack Obama as a “creature” and joked about warning Donald Trump not to "touch" Theresa May.

The interim Ukip leader said the current US President was a "loathsome individual who couldn’t stand our country."

Mr Farage also suggested he could act as a middle man between the next Republican President and the British Prime Minister, as he called on Mr Trump to try and “schmooze” her.

Speaking on talkRADIO , he said: “I’m now going to become a diplomat. Come and schmooze Theresa – don’t touch her, for goodness sake."

The radio programme’s presenters said: “Only in an affectionate way - like Bush did to the Queen.” To which Mr Farage replied: “I could be there as the responsible adult to make sure everything is OK.”

The Ukip leader played a prominent role in Mr Trump's campaignand is thought to be the first British politician to address a Republican presidential election rally.

In August Mr Farage campaigned in Mississippi alongside Mr Trump, likening Brexit to the Trump movement, and saying he could not imagine voting for Hilary Clinton.

Mr Farage said in the radio interview: “That Obama creature – a loathsome individual who couldn’t stand our country. He said he’d be at the back of the queue, didn’t he? And Americans don’t use the word queue, they use the word line. So it was all a Dave and George stitch-up.

In a nutshell, Obama seemed "anti-Brit" hence the description.

And, correct, we don't say "queue" generally, maybe somewhere does in the North East.

There was no "seemed" about it.

Was it the DVD collection he sent as a gift that gave it away?

  • I don't believe in Trump anymore, he's an illusion

I thought it was when he returned the bust of Churchill.

I thought it was when he returned the bust of Churchill.

Almost as soon as he entered the White House.

NY liberals like Trump say "standing on line", not "standing in line" like conservatives do.  Reactionaries use "queue".

So one is asserting that 220 ex-Reagan staffers led by Ed Meese endorsed an NY Liberal? Alrighty, and he won every primary in Dixie. Got it.

@TomSea I'm quite glad that Nigel Farage is a welcome guest to the Trump tower and has the ear of the President elect.

I'll wager there's more than a few European socialists tossing their cookies over that fact.

Britain was a colonial power with influence in Kenya. So, that could a legitimate part of it. But for me, I don't think Obama is 'specifically' anti-British. I think Obama is just anti-White in general.
