Sarah Palin on Monday echoed Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump's dire warning of potential voter fraud, with the election one day away.

At a restaurant and bar in Anderson Township, Ohio, Palin said Trump has done a service by his claims the election could be rigged against him — a claim universally disputed by election officials, including Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted, a fellow Republican.

Palin defended Trump from accusations his dire warnings won't hold up.

“Of course he gets crucified by the press saying he’s conspiratorial or something, saying there could be voter fraud,” she said. “Well, primaries can be fixed, and debate questions can be fixed, and dead people can vote.”
