When the topic of the FBI investigation came up, President Obama refrained from offering an indictment of his former Secretary of State citing what must be a newfound belief of withholding judgment until an investigation is completed.In the interview, the president said: I do think that there is a norm that when there are investigations, we don’t operate on innuendo, and we don’t operate on incomplete information, and we don’t operate on leaks.
