Ivanka Trump’s manners are so on point that she prematurely says “thank you.” On Friday, Kellyanne Conway, Donald Trump’s campaign manager, shared a photo on Twitter of a gold bracelet with #MAGA charms — the acronym for the Republican presidential candidate’s slogan “Make America Great Again” — that Ivanka gave her.

Cannot imagine going to a physician that thinks putting a bullet in the head of a person you find abhorrent is somehow acceptable.   But then the cultists don't mind that kind of threat in the least.  Guess they are fine with the death threats to David French and his children were quite okay as well.
