Poll: Trump gains on Clinton in NC

The race between Clinton and Trump is now too close to call in Elon University’s latest survey of North Carolina. The Democratic nominee leads Trump 42 percent to 41.2 percent, well within the poll’s margin of error of 3.7 percentage points.

I wouldn't get to excited. Mathematically things are still strongly favoring Clinton. According to the newest poll out by  FOX News; they show NC now leaning DEM.  Trump may be gaining in NC, but Clinton has gained in the polls so much in NC that they indicate she will take NC.  NC is one of the must win states for Trump.  I think you need to really understand that right now, those analyzing polls and the electoral maps show Clinton winning.  If we take a look at this latest electoral map just put out by FOX, Clinton has 287 electoral votes which exceeds the needed majority by 17.  Even IF Trump wins all the toss up states he still would only get 251 electoral votes; leaving him 19 electoral votes shy of the 270 needed.
