It's election season. There are still scandals on both sides that have yet to be dropped.

Amazingly, the deus ex machina from 2012 (hurricane right around election day, giving Obama a perfectly timed re-election photo-op with GOP Gov. Christie), 2008 (economic crash) and 2000 (dot-com bust) hasn't happened this time around.
