Just so donors know where their money is going when he isn't spending it on ads or the necessary things like opening campaign offices in important states. Right from his FEC filings so it is hard to say it is 'spin', unless the admission is Trump is himself lying on his filings....
One of Trump's future books should be...."How to spend other people's money to enrich yourself" and "How to dupe the easily duped while making a (another) fortune off of them". And then later...."How to turn a defeat into a victory by cashing in". One book Trump could never manage would be...."How not to be a (booby) prize SCHMUCK".
