Even weeks after her passing, conservative icon Phyllis Schlafly is suffering attacks from #NeverTrumpers and an activist judge.

For what Schlafly’s son, Roger Schlafly, calls indecipherable reasons, low-rated Illinois Judge John B. Barberis has ordered Schlafly’s Eagle Forum to remove all pro-Trump articles which were posted to the group’s website after April 10, 2016.

In the months before her passing, Pyhllis fought off the small group of board members who tried to oust her from the very organization she built. And it was all because she supported Donald Trump against their wishes. In April she issued a video telling the world she was still in charge.

Roger also noted that the judge is demanding that he and others on the board refrain from advocating for any political positions as the #NeverTrump activists continue their lawsuit.

Roger goes on to say that the judge also told him he is not allowed to even talk to “third parties” about anything involving Eagle Forum. He then asks since when does any American need permission from a government to talk to a third-party about anything?

So, who is this Judge John B. Barberis? He is the judge on the Illinois Third Judicial Circuit Court and is running to fill a vacancy on the Illinois Fifth District Appellate Court. But Barberis, running as a Republican, was not endorsed by the Illinois State Bar Association and was rated as “not recommended” in 2014.

This has been an ongoing fight for a long time.

Eagle Forum is set up as a 503.c tax exempt organization which can be used for the promotion of specific issues or policies. It can't be used to promote a specific candidate or it will risk their tax exempt status and put them in legal jeopardy.

This was one of the big reasons Schafly's family was fighting with her for the past year. She was putting their organization at legal risk.

It isn't 'communism', it was, for all intents and purposes, using a tax exempt organization illegally.

Gee...if only people had elected principled people over the years we wouldn't have communists on the bench. But alas, it was never the 'right time' for voters to stand on principle.

Oh well...you knew better. Lesser evil no matter what after all. I guess now you'll just have to live with the consequences of your willful actions.

Alinsky’s 13 Rules for the Left:

1. Power is not only what you have but what the enemy thinks you have.

2. Never go outside the experience of your people.

3. Whenever possible, go outside of the experience of the enemy.

4. Make the enemy live up to their own book of rules.

5. Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.

6. A good tactic is one that your people enjoy.

7. A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.

8. Keep the pressure on with different tactics and actions, and utilize all events of the period for your purpose.

9. The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.

10. The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition.

11. If you push a negative hard and deep enough, it will break through into its counterside.

12. The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.

13. Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.

Exactly. Trump uses textbook Alinsky methods and isn't shy about it. This has been written about since early in the primary. For example:

Just an orange version of Hillary.

Bingo. If Schlafly's son wants to campaign for Donny he can do it through something other than a group set up NOT to campaign for a candidate for tax benefits.

The best part about it though is that they are such incompetents that they completely failed at applying them for the long term. They went hard and heavy with no thought to the future.

The left figured out a long time ago that application with stealth/subterfuge works. Trump, as is his wont, just went full on 'bull in a china shop' and his herd just bashed around the place living vicariously and parroting their leader. Not a one of them ever stopped to think the effect their performance might have once people noticed that they and the left were the same people.
