That's true, though there are still some things she can do with background checks based on EO. In any case, the limitations on EO's are a comfort only for so long as Republicans control Congress.
and certainly not one in direct violation of a Constitutional amendment.
Heller will be reversed in Hillary's first term, and that will no longer be an issue.
Besides, it would like to nationwide violence, and Hillary is too smart to try it that way.
They won't go door to door, obviously. But they'll massively boost the taxes on ammunition, and enable lawsuits against both manufacturers and sellers that will pretty much end most gun sales. Then taxes/regulations/penalties on gun ranges, elimination of concealed carry, etc.. So sure, people who have guns and are unwilling to come forward and register them will be able to keep the guns themselves, for the most part, hidden in their homes.
But that'll be about it.
