Sorta reminds me of my MIL house.

My MIL passed away recently. She never updated the house since the 1970's even though she was fairly well off.

Shag carpeting, avocado appliances in the kitchen, white bathroom vanities with spray gold highlights, crushed velvet couches and chairs.

A movie crew making a 70's movie could use it for scenes. for old 70's movies.

Photographing houses for agents, I've seem some bad ones, usually fixer uppers, but even then, the agent is smart enough to remove the clutter before we shoot. They could have at least removed all the doilys off the walls.
