The Left Loses Ginsberg: Justice Says Kaepernick-Style Protests Are “Really Dumb”

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is not a believer in protesting by sitting or kneeling during the national anthem.

Speaking to Yahoo! on Monday morning, Ginsburg had some harsh words forSan Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick and other players who have decided to kneel during the national anthem in protest of racial inequality.

“I think it’s really dumb of them,” Ginsburg said. “Would I arrest them for doing it? No. I think it’s dumb and disrespectful. I would have the same answer if you asked me about flag burning. I think it’s a terrible thing to do, but I wouldn’t lock a person up for doing it.

How to lose credibility while posting:
1. Trump is never wrong.

Say what you will about Justice Ginsburg (and I realize that she's a leftie's lefty), but her comments above actually seem quite reasonable...

No one takes an oath to the national anthem or the socialist Pledge of Allegiance or any of the bunting or filigree on the Republic.
