Clown arrested outside school for scaring students, ‘charging’ at principal

PORTLAND, Ore. – The day after officials with Portland, Oregon schools sent a notice to parents that the national creepy clown epidemic has yet to impact local schools, police arrested a clown outside of a middle school for scaring students and charging the principal.
dahlmanPortland Police arrested David Dahlman, 55, at Floyd Light Middle School on Thursday morning on charges of menacing disorderly conduct in the second degree. Dahlman was wearing a clown mask and boxing gloves at the time, The Oregonian reports.
