I hacked Guccifer 2.0 and found a "ISIS payments" folder.

Honest!

Sure, no one else can verify it, but neither can anyone verify this.  So I'm just as credible in saying Guccifer 2.0 is funding ISIS operations in Syria.

Interesting.

Maybe we were looking for the wrong announcement for what was supposed to come today. I'm not sure a 'pay to play' revelation will kill Hillary with her supporters, but it is just one more of the thousand paper cuts.

Technically it could jeopardize the Foundation's status.  I wonder if a qui tam suit would hold against a tax exempt?

The TARP fund donation document is quite interesting. It appears to be a kickback list. It appears the banks were expected to and did donate back a percentage of their TARP money to the DNC. Classic kickback scheme.

Aren't most political donations public record? The easiest way to see if this is plausible is to see if they match up with the legally reported donations.
