UKIP's Diane James Replaces Nigel Farage as Leader
He said the party would continue pressuring Prime Minister Theresa May to go ahead with Brexit, warning UKIP would sweep up discontented voters from both right and left if the government failed to push ahead with the departure. The outgoing leader said he was "not going away" but ha d "done my bit" as he stepped back from frontline politics. He warned the party has a poor track record in dealing with different opinions, and called for greater tolerance.
