Like so many other media polls, this one is cooked.

Ah, yes. If it's showing Trump trailing, it must be cooked. If it's showing Trump in the lead, it must be legit.

The double standard lives on.

There are a lot fewer Republicans now than before the primaries too.

The complaint is legitimate though, the sample voted for Obama over Romney 47-33, when the actual population voted 51-47.

People aren't honest about their prior votes.  Right now, Obama has a 50% approval rating, and the Trump supporters are bitter at Romney. 

The state polling would suggest a small advantage for Hillary in the popular vote.  That's probably where the race stands ... not a 6 or 7 points, but 1 or 2.
