Republican Presidential Nominee Donald Trump will appear on Fox New’s Hannity with Sean Hannity, tonight at 10pm EST, for a town hall at Rev. Darrell Scott’s church in Cleveland, OH, to focus on issues impacting the African-American community.

According to NBC Politics reporter, Alexandra Jaffe, via her twitter page which appears to have a leaked transcript of the town hall, Trump has stated that he will propose a nationwide stop and frisk program, in order to alleviate violence in the black communities.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects,[a] against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Seems clear enough.

A President cannot suspend the document that gives him the power of his office. To do so would be a coup.
