No, he carefully said "judicial" nominees.  Rush is a mischief maker.  He deliberately dropped that 'specimen' purely for effect. 

He wanted folks to think it was USSC related.

And, that can't be what Rush was referring to....since that is not what he said they were preparing to do for the sake of being "polite".

Republicans could be sending the nomination out of committee halfheartedly, in an effort to appease the left while running out the clock before the Nov. 8 elections.

I think its more likely that they have good reason to believe that Hilliary will win and the Senate will change hands, and these are the best nominees they will see for a long time..

That might be true....if and only if....they were unwilling to approve any or all of Hillary's nominations.  But... considering their apparent "go along to get along" attitude that they have had with Obama....and considering how gutless or "in on it" they've been thus far....

I wouldn't bet on it.

I think they're just doing the usual....bowing down (bending over) for Barry.
