Polls: Trump '1 state from winning presidency'

Clinton thought she had Iowa, Ohio, Florida, North Carolina in bag

Sept. 19, 2016

Donald Trump is just one state away from winning the presidency, according to the latest opinion polls.

The Republican nominee is ahead in four battleground states won by Obama in 2012, Iowa, Ohio, Florida and North Carolina.

I won't be here after the election and vote.

If Hillary wins - I will be busy, BLOAT! (It won't be long before she won't let you buy.)

If Trump wins, I won't be here to GLOAT. (I don't want to hang around while everyone looks at every speck in his eye.)

Trump needs more than one state

Winning New Hampshire should put Trump over the top and set the tone for a landslide victory.

Kelly Ayotte's reelection race is also looking better for the GOP.

There won't be a Trump landslide. I'm not seeing him beating Hillary at this point either. His "post collapse" momentum has run out of steam.

I posted this last week.

Which state is most likely to put Trump over the top? I was picking New Hampshire first, but interested to see if Trump can win another poll in Colorado. For now, the Colorado poll with Trump winning is an outlier, but that may change when we get more data.

Others have said Michigan. We shall see.

He only needs one state even if that state is New Hampshire, because he's picking off 1 EV from Maine.

Come on, that debates aren't even here yet. He doesn't need a huge swing in the polls.

Trump hasn't won a single state yet. How is he "one state away" except in hypotheticals and fantasy?
How to lose credibility while posting:
1. Trump is never wrong.
2. Default to the most puerile emoticon you can find. This is especially useful when you can't win an argument on merits.
3. Be falsely ingratiating, completely but politely dismissive without talking to the points, and bring up Hillary whenever the conversation is really about conservatism.
4. When all else fails, remember rule #1 and #2. Emoticons are like the poor man's tweet!

I'm sure....that in their alternate version of reality or dimension..... Trump has already won in a landslide, and has his feet up on the desk in the Oval Office and is busily tweeting taunts and insults to Ted Cruz.   :silly:
