Real Clear Politics isn't showing any new polls from Reuters/Ipsos in either national polling or state polling.

It would be helpful if there was an actual link to the polling.  The Gateway pundit article just cites the Trump campaign manager's tweets.  The tweets link to nothing.

Without links to real polling data, I'm filing this under "utter rumor."

Of course they're not because these "polls" are actually focus groups.  Go in and look at the samples.  New Mexico has a 141 voter sample.   Vermont has less than 100.

Don't know what Ipsos is up to, but these are completely unreliable and bogus.
