Actor James Woods has declared he will boycott the NFL because of the league's failure to discipline numerous players who are refusing to stand for the national anthem to protest what they consider racial discrimination.

Speaking to TMZ Sports, Woods said "they can say whatever they think. And I respect their constitutional right to do it. I hope they respect my constitutional right never to watch the NFL again. I will never watch the NFL again. Ever."
When asked what the NFL could do to have him change his mind, Woods remained adamant, saying. "I don't know, because I'm never going to watch them again."

Woods is well known for supporting conservative political causes and is active on Twitter in expressing his views.

I haven't turned it on all day. I listened to it some on the radio. It's very disappointing.

When did Woods last make a movie?  I forget.

Had the NFL on all day today.  Boycotts don't work, even boycotts by forgotten Hollywood celebrities.

James Woods has more integrity than that clown who's bringing the sport down.

Let's see, James Woods movies, Salvador, Once in America.

Maybe Woods is doing better nowadays than working for morally bankrupt hollyweird.

The only one I remember seeing him in was some movie with Stallone and Sharon Stone and Rod Steiger.  Woods plays an ahole, of course.

Earlier in the day, I read something about this. I just heard what Woods said. Did he say "we are organizing a boycott to bring down the NFL", No. From what I heard he just said he's sick and tired of it and will stop watching.

If that's a boycott, so be it but I'm not sure if he said that word.

"Let's boycott the NFL to bring them back into line".

Ratings are down significantly for these clowns in the National Felons League, yes, there are some fine young men playing I'm sure.

It is a boycott.

A boycott is an act of voluntarily abstaining from using, buying, or dealing with a person, organization, or country as an expression of protest, usually for social or political reasons.

Not that I disagree with it. Just sayin'.

A friend gave us a bucket of blue plums. It really helps with contraints caused from my meds. Now that is a movement.
