Clinton: My pneumonia finally got GOP interested in women's health

By Jesse Byrnes

Hillary Clinton on Friday made light of her recent pneumonia diagnosis, joking that it finally got Republicans interested in women's health.

"As the world knows, I was a little under the weather recently," the Democratic presidential nominee said at the Black Women's Agenda's annual workshop and luncheon.

"The good news is, my pneumonia finally got some Republicans interested in women's health," she joked.

Clinton said her "instinct" was to press on campaigning despite her diagnosis.

Clinton returned to the campaign trail Thursday after taking a few days of rest.

She was forced to leave a 9/11 memorial service early on Sunday, and a video caught her stumbling and being helped into a van.

Her campaign later said that she had been suffering from pneumonia.

Clinton and GOP nominee Donald Trump this week also released letters from their doctors detailing their physical fitness for the presidency.

So HRC relies on her instincts more than that of her professional advisors? Look where it got her.

Those same instincts killed four Americans in Benghazi.

You can avoid reality, but you cannot avoid the consequences of avoiding reality.

Hillary isn't a woman, she's a beast.  If the Donald was acting like the beast, you can be sure the media would be looking a lot closer into it.

"Women's health."

Usually that means "whatever anyone has to do to prevent a child from being born as the result of recreational sex."

As she's well over childbearing age, I do not think it means what she thinks it means.

She probably believes she hit a home run with that line
I have little interest in streamlining government or in making it more efficient, for I mean to reduce its size. I do not undertake to promote welfare, for I propose to extend freedom. My aim is not to pass laws, but to repeal them.
