Says Victim Was “Willing Participant”, Media Ignores Party Affiliation.

(D) Richard Keenan blamed the victim for initiating the acts and called her a “willing participant.”

Former Democrat Mayor of Hubbard Ohio, (D) Richard Keenan, is facing multiple charges for raping a 4 year-old girl for over three years. The Democrat mayor from 2010-2011, was put in Trumbull County Jail but released on a $75,000 bond.

Why is he out just the fact he said that a 4 yr old was a willing participant shows he is highly dangerous and shouldn't be out on bail. What is wrong with our justice system anyway.

I know of a few parents that would be "willing participants" in this POS's demise.  I can relate.

Why in the world would anyone want to help him turn from his suicidal thoughts, those thoughts should be encouraged, and helpful examples of methods be given like, chug some Drano, gasoline is cheap and matches are plentiful, jumping out of a plane without a parachute is said to be thrilling and there are so many other methods I'm sure people could supply him with. But to tell the truth, if he had done this my child, he wouldn't have to worry about committing suicide, I'd remove him from this plane of existence and send him straight to hell.

4 year olds are becoming more responsible all the time like the 4 year old who's parents are okay with a sex change operation. :thud:
