Islamic State Calls for Attacks on 'Infidel' Teens

In its new magazine Rumiyeh, ISIS calls for attacks on teenagers playing sports in parks, among other 'infidels' in non-Muslim lands.

The Islamic State has called for attacks on teenagers playing sports in parks, among other “infidels” in non-Muslim lands.

The terror organization made the call in the premier issue of its new magazine, Rumiyah, published in several languages, including English, Turkish, French and Russian. Rumiyah, which means  Rome was chosen as the name of the magazine because, in the Islamic State’s words, “Rasulallah [prophet of Allah – Muhammed, the founder of Islam] heralded the Islamic conquest of Rome in end times. We ask our God to enable us to conquer this district and Konstantiniyye [Istanbul] which will be conquered before Rome.”

Rome, is also used by the group as a general reference to the Western, Christian world.

The 38-page magazine justifies these killings based on scholars quoting the Quran. "Allah did not only command the 'fighting' of disbelievers, as if to say He only wants us to conduct frontline operations against them. Rather, He has also ordered that they be slain wherever they may be – on or off the battlefield," one article says.

Curiously, I have thought of kids' baseball and soccer games to be soft targets upon attending them from time to time. There's a lot of people often at these and yet, at most of them, no real security. Some minor league youth baseball games though are played in complexes behind chain-linked fences but often, there really isn't much security around.
