Jim Gilmore officially endorses Trump

Former Virginia Gov. Jim Gilmore on Friday officially endorsed Donald Trump, though he has been a vocal supporter of the Republican nominee for months.

“I want to clear up any confusion that may exist about my position on the November election,” Gilmore said in a Facebook post.
“While I hadn't been formally asked to do so, today I wanted to make clear that I endorse the Republican nominee, Donald Trump for the Presidency and I urge every voter in the Commonwealth of Virginia to join me in doing so.”
