The U.S. Department of Defense and the Combined Joint Task Force (CJTF) – Operation Inherent Resolve is sending a clear message to ISIS in a recently released video.
In the video contains the message, “YOU CAN RUN, BUT YOU CAN’T HIDE,” which appears just after an airstrike destroys a vehicle traveling on a road in Qayyarah, Iraq.
