‘Tough’ Gangbanger Thanks Cops For Not Shooting Him, Then Threatens To Shoot Their Asses

29-year-old Anthony Pledger is a real piece of shit. He’s a member of the Black Discipline street gang, a drug dealer, and he shoots at cops. As badass as he thinks he is, he was groveling like a bitch when got arrested, thanking the police for not shooting him. Then, when he had his first court appearance, he got super tough and threatened to kill the cops who inexplicably spared his life.
The Chicago Tribune reports that on Monday Pledger was hanging out on a street corner selling drugs when Chicago PD rolled up on him. They just wanted to ask him some questions, but he couldn’t keep his cool. Pledger took off running and pulled a .40 caliber handgun out in flight. At some point while the police were chasing him, Pledger turned around and fired 2 shots at officers. They returned fire. No one was hit in this exchange.
