"One of the staff members concerned no longer works for Air New Zealand and the other two have been removed from duties pending the outcome of our investigation.

You  know darn well the woman stewardess was the one axed, the pilots were given a nod and wink and after some sensitivity training will be bought back on.

Trying not to sound anti male here but that is how things work
