This is the normal gutter of DC politics. Thanks to Wikileaks, we are able to see behind the curtain.  I can tell you, one of the worst behaving groups of people I've ever seen were at a certain political party's national convention. There is a reason there are condom vendors, and not just for the witty phrases printed on the packages.
