Why did I suspect this was a web poll?
Here is a little info on how web polls are manipulated by marketing companies and political consultants and shouldn't be trusted (they are more used to 'ra ra' candidate followers).
A political consultant will hire 10 kids (seriously, a 7 year old could do this) in Romania or someplace like that.
Each kid uses multiple browsers with IP masking/rotating tool.
The kid records a macro of them voting > clearing history and cache > rotate IP > refresh vote page.
Then you run the macro on each browser. Once this is run, you can manipulate a poll by thousand of voters per minute times the number of people you have doing this.
In other words, in under 10 minutes, one 7 year old on a computer can generate tens of thousands of 'unique' votes for a candidate.
This is why no one takes web polls too seriously other than for marketing themselves.
