The Sơn Đoòng cave in Vietnam is undoubtedly one of the most spectacular places we can visit on the planet. It was first discovered by a local farmer in 1991, but it took 18 years before scientists were able to make their way into the cave and see what was hiding there.

What a sight it must have been!

yah...National Geographic did a spread on this several months ago.  Amazing complex of caves that is near the largest on the planet.  Nobody is sure yet because it has not been completely explored.

I've heard they are going to close it to the public for being racist.  There is no welfare in that world and people  have to stand on their own two feet. :whistle:
