Multiple FBI investigations are underway involving potential corruption charges against the Clinton Foundation, according to a former senior law enforcement official.

The investigation centers on New York City, where the Clinton Foundation has its main offices, according to the former official who has direct knowledge of the activities.

This will be no problem for the Clintons, they'll just say we didn't intend to launder 10s of millions of dollars.  The FBI and DOJ will say sorry for bothering you and it will be over.

This is only being done now so that it can be wrapped up, and the Clintons declared innocent as the driven snow, before the next administration enters office.  It's a way of sterilizing the biggest skeletons in Clinton's closet.
