Trump: ‘I don’t know why we’re not leading by a lot’

By Cristiano Lima

08/03/16 09:12 PM EDT

Donald Trump said he’s puzzled as to why he’s not leading Hillary Clinton by large margins at a rally Wednesday night, making no mention of the controversies that have mired his campaign all week.

Speaking to a large crowd at Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena in Florida, Trump boasted about the turnout at his events, citing it as an indicator of his support.

“We go to Oklahoma, we had 25,000 people. We had 21,000 people in Dallas. We had 35,000 people in Mobile, Alabama. We have these massive crowds,” the Republican nominee said. “You’ve got thousands of people outside trying to get in [today], and this is one hell of a big stadium.”

Although I do agree that Trump is a disaster as a nominee, with a few exceptions, that list reads like a roll call for a RINOs R Us.

It's as obvious as a heart attack that his foreign policy would be the worst in historic memory.

They have basically given the green light to Russia to invade neighboring nations.

You'd have to flip a coin to decide whether he or hillary is the bigger liar.   Foreign policy????   One would get rich from foreign donations and the other would nuke crimea or something

Because you are a dirtbag and a loser. Only a simpleton of your magnitude wouldn't be aware of that.

BTW Donny, large numbers of Koolaid drinkers showing up to rallies doesn't equal votes. Just ask McLame and Romney.

Well could it be that Hilliary is your opponent and polls look at how you are doing against your opponent?

Maybe or maybe not your campaign against the Muslim guy, or Cruz, or Fire marshals etc. is going great but you are running against Hilliary and all she has to do is stand back and let you talk and she will win in a landslide.

Is Jebbie, Ryan, Kasich on that list!? They need to leave also.

He needs to learn hubris, he needs to listen, he needs to realize to be sympathetic. Instead he acts like a baby roman emperor tyrant- he personally reminds me as a light version of Caligula.

Caligula thought he fit the messiah prophecy, according to Graves and other scholars. When he died he realized he didn't.

Trump doesn't think he's a messiah, just the greatest thing since bread came sliced.

This is exactly why I find it hard to believe Donny will drop out when he realizes he's losing big time.

Because he has a filter that keeps that sort of news from entering his brain.  He won't believe until it happens and then he still won't believe it.
