Julian Assange: Hacked Emails Include Info On Hillary’s Arming of Jihadists, Including ISIS, in Syria

Like I've mentioned before, Wikileaks doesn't bluff.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton knew that the US was sending arms from Libya to Syria back in 2011, a year before the Benghazi consulate attacks.

Hillary Clinton denied she knew about the weapons shipments during public testimony (under oath) in early 2013 after the Benghazi terrorist attack.

Wikileaks’ Julian Assange says he has emails that directly tie Hillary Clinton to weapons which ended up in the hands of Islamic State (ISIS) jihadists.

In a new interview, Assange admitted that Clinton’s emails, which Wikileaks now has, implicate the former Secretary of State in the Libyan intervention when weapons flowed into Syria and ultimately were used by ISIS members, according to Democracy Now.

Well, WikiLeaks has become the rebel library of Alexandria. It is the single most significant collection of information that doesn’t exist elsewhere, in a searchable, accessible, citable form, about how modern institutions actually behave. And it’s gone on to set people free from prison, where documents have been used in their court cases; hold the CIA accountable for renditions programs; feed into election cycles, which have resulted in the termination of, in some case—or contributed to the termination of governments, in some cases, taken the heads of intelligence agencies, ministers of defense and so on. So, you know, our civilization can only be as good as our knowledge of what our civilization is. We can’t possibly hope to reform that which we do not understand.

So, those Hillary Clinton emails, they connect together with the cables that we have published of Hillary Clinton, creating a rich picture of how Hillary Clinton performs in office, but, more broadly, how the U.S. Department of State operates. So, for example, the disastrous, absolutely disastrous intervention in Libya, the destruction of the Gaddafi government, which led to the occupation of ISIS of large segments of that country, weapons flows going over to Syria, being pushed by Hillary Clinton, into jihadists within Syria, including ISIS, that’s there in those emails. There’s more than 1,700 emails in Hillary Clinton’s collection, that we have released, just about Libya alone.

Just these last few weeks, Wikileaks has released thousands of emails which exposed how the Democratic National Committee (DNC) conspired during the Democratic primary against Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt and worked with the media to drive positive narratives about Clinton.

Following the DNC leak, former DNC chairwoman was forced to resign, but was immediately hired by Clinton’s campaign.

Rush Limbaugh reads an advance excerpt from a piece pending publication in the National Review Online about the U.S. consulate in Benghazi being the center of an Obama administration gunrunning operation to arm jihadist rebels in Syria, and discusses claims from WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange that he can prove it.

RUSH LIMBAUGH: And speaking of Benghazi, why we really there? Was it to facilitate a gun-running operation to the rebels in Syria?

WikiLeaks claims they've got thousands more emails they're going to release, and Julian Assange is alluding to the possibility that some of these emails are going to confirm that what the annex in Benghazi was all about was to serve as a mid-point for gun-running operations, and that that's what Ambassador Stevens' job there really was.

And that is what those of the earlier rumors about Benghazi said. Nobody could figure out why we toppled Qaddafi. And Libya has literally become an out-of-control hellhole, with various terror groups battling for control over the whole country. Qaddafi had essentially been an ally of anti-terrorism -- once we got rid of Saddam Hussein, you wouldn't believe how fast Qaddafi came around.

But Hillary came up with a strategy to kill him and assassinate him, which happened, and she applauded herself that that was a great, great thing to do. But Libya descended into chaos -- utter chaos.

So why go there?What in the world-- there was no diplomatic reason to have an annex there, much less an embassy.

The embassy is in [Tripoli], so why have an amex over in Benghazi for?

It is a hellhole. It literally is a trash dump. A CIA annex, why do this?

Well, people have been putting two and two together for a long time.

Andy McCarthy has a piece coming --it may be up later this afternoon or tomorrow at National Review Online. Hillary Clinton's Benghazi Debacle: Arming Jihadists in Libya and Syria.

An excerpt: It is incontestable... it means it is totally true that-- the Obama administration has worked closely with the Islamist government of Turkey in efforts to arm and train the rebels in Syria, which for the most part are ISIS, folks. Ambassador Stevens, in his last meeting on the evening of September 11th, [2012], right before the compound was attacked, was with Turkey's consul general... In the months leading up to the attack, the State Department facility and the even more shadowy CIA outpost a little over a mile away, jihadists in Eastern Libya had conducted a series of attacks against western targets --including on June 6, a bomb detonated just outside the State Department compound. The British government and the International Red Cross pulled their personnel out, yet the Obama administration left U.S. government personnel in this war zone, this terrorist zone, notwithstanding grossly inadequate security precautions --there weren't any security, they were relying on local gangs for security in Benghazi. Why?

We now know it is believed the one significant mission of this annex was the coordination of weapons transfers from Libyan to Syrian jihadists.

Now if that's true, and if the next the next email dump from WikiLeaks backs this up, and if it becomes --if not necessarily approved, Hillary was in on it this-- this is an Obama administration thing.

But if if there is it forthcoming email documentation that that's really what was going on in Benghazi, and Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State while it was happening, and then you throw all these other lies in, what happened there. Four Americans dead to preserve gun-running operation, not a State Department diplomatic mission... This could change the tone of this campaign dramatically.

And remember what it was like in 2012 now, right before this happened. Obama was locked in tight re-election race with Romney. He was, at the time, falsely claiming that he had defeated al-Qaeda, I forget the slogan but: "al-Qaeda and bin Laden are dead, GM's living."

Some slogan to show what a great accomplishments Obama had had made, while al-Qaeda was actually thriving, they had not been decimated. Obama's campaign rhetoric was full of things like he was ending American wars, which were actually intensifying, and that his pro-Islamist policies were helping forge democracy in places like Egypt --which was at the time under the rule of the Muslim Brotherhood. And in Libya, which disintegrated into a failed state under the domination of Islamist militias, prior to the November election.

If Obama had openly announced that his administration was arming Syrian Islamists, it would've been highly controversial -- it would have it would have told an entirely different story than Obama was telling, how he was bringing peace all over the world. It would have spotlighted how the same policy had failed in Libya.

By the way, neither the media nor Republicans had called any public attention to what was going on in Libya, that's why Benghazi shocked everybody, nobody had any run up information, because nobody was following it. This is no doubt why reports Obama was launching a covert operation to send weapons to Syrian rebels for the first time -- The Times of London had that story, by the way. It is not a rumor: Obama launching covert operation to send weapons to Syrian rebels that were Islamists.

So, were they doing this? Were Obama and Hillary and others in the regime steering weapons to Syrian jihadists right around the time of the intense campaign for president? We'll find out if this next email dump actually happens as Julian Assange is saying.

Who cares about how the attack on Benghazi would've made Obama's re-election year claims of winning against the terrorists look? The most significant aspect of the Benghazi disaster and coverup was it is was a consequence of Obama's policy of destabilizing relatively moderate muslim countries in favor of extremist, terrorist supporting factions that swear Death to America.

The most damaging aspect of the Benghazi disaster was it is was a consequence of Obama's policy of destabilizing relatively moderate muslim countries in favor of extremist, terrorist supporting factions that swear Death to America.

I don't expect anything to come of any of it since some big name Republicans were neck deep in it. Guys like McCain, Graham, McConnell, Rogers etc were cheerleading to get into Libya and arm the "moderate resistance". (The same way they were cheerleading to get in and arm the "moderate rebels" of Syria)

Not to diminish those who died in Benghazi, but they were just caught in the crossfire of a situation that a lot of politicians on both sides of the aisle set up.

Unfortunately the one man willing to suggest guilt all around would be investigated and punished by his administration is no longer in the race.

The way it is reported, I'm not absolutely sure we are going to hear something new here though actually.

Also, this was originally reported about Sunday; so, are we just being teased about the next release??

It seems that way to me; mind you, I'd love for them to reveal something really sensational.

Isn't it interesting that I understand some Clinton appearances have been cancelled according to some sources, maybe they are running scared.

Or maybe they are generally leading in the polls and figure it is best to keep out of sight.

As I just said in the other thread, I'm not sure if something groundbreaking is going to be revealed, something we did not already know.

But, otoh, it seems Clinton has been cancelling some appearances lately. We were hearing it could be for health reasons? But I'm not sure if those reports were true to begin with.

We pretty much know, we've sent weapons over there and that they ended up getting in the hands of ISIS, even through the Iraqi army running off and leaving weapons. There might be a few other ways they got them too. We will see if our government directly armed ISIS intentionally.
