Muslim Americans React to Bill Clinton's Tuesday Night Speech

by Frances Kai-Hwa Wang

Muslim Americans and others took to social media to respond to President Bill Clinton's Tuesday night speech at the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia. While telling the life story of Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, President Clinton said, "If you're a Muslim and you love America and freedom and you hate terror, stay here and help us win and make a future together. We want you."

Some said the statement was problematic.

From  Sen. Sessions:

....Obama/Clinton On Track To Issue Over 1 Million Green Cards To Migrants From Muslim-Majority Countries.

....Clinton Plan Gives Preference 'To Foreign Students Over American Grads".

(Soros has committed $5 million to a super PAC called.... 'Immigrant Voters Win')

Clinton’s campaign got called out for using a picture of a woman weeping at the D N C with the tag line “we made history"....
It turns out though that the delegate was crying for Bernie Sanders’ speech....she became emotional when he conceded....She also told reporters that she believed Clinton’s campaign was trying to use her picture to misrepresent her and gain votes from Muslim Americans.

After what Trump said today about the Khan family, he can forget about the Muslim vote.
Roy Moore's "spiritual warfare" is driving past a junior high without stopping.

She must be sadly misinformed to suggest the Clintons would be involved in that kind of political chicanery.
