Charges dropped against pro-life reporters behind Planned Parenthood videos
By Rick Moran

Charges against  David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt, the two reporters whose undercover videos of Planned Parenthood employees selling fetal body parts shocked the nation, have been dropped in Texas.

Harris County prosecutors had accused the journalists of tampering with a government record - using a fake ID to gain entrance to a Planned Parenthood office. Harris County, which includes the most liberal city in Texas - Austin - has been the scene of several high profile, politically motivated prosecutions in recent years, including the accusations against former Congressman Tom DeLay. Those corruption charges were later dismissed.

Well .... they certainly got the location wrong.  Houston is in Harris County, not Austin.    Austin is in Travis County. There should have been no charges in the first place!!
