El Trumpo once again showed that his policies will change from day to day depending on how schizophrenic the egomaniac feels at the time. Now he’s flip flopping on a minimum wage raise after saying wages are “too high” and that he would oppose any minimum wage raise.

He made the comments while speaking to Bill O’Reilly:

Trump suggests raising the minimum wage = helping people.
Economically illiterate liberal.

Will the Trump supporters try and defend this & tell us why we MUST vote for this idiot?

This just confirms what we've been saying.  Trump is a law & order nationalist of the European right wing variety, and not a classic liberal from the American right.  European right wingers believe in a robust welfare state for natives only ... i.e. welfare chauvinism.  They have no concept of limited government.

This will be the 3rd or 4th time he's changed his mind on minimum wage.

You are right. The  funny  thing about  Trump supporters  is that they are the same people who birch and moan  about  GW BUSH  being  a big Government  RINO  and yet they support  a guy who wants to  increase  Government  ten fold .

And the Trump supporters will just tell us that he's redefining conservatism, again.

This isn't the 1st time he has suggested raising the minimum wage.
After saying he was against it before, he floated the idea back in late April, I think it was.
When I pointed out the flip-flop on TOS and got hammered for it, that was about the time Myst threw me a lifeline to TBR.
I'm sure, tomorrow it will be a different policy.

This is a lib appealing to the ignorant as he attempts to shore up votes.

Exactly what is the difference between him and Hillary then?

I see his fans on twitter trying to pander to the black lives matter crowd this morning.

They hated them yesterday but love them today.

I read yesterday that Trump is courting Sanders' voters.  Seems Trump has more in common with them than with us conservatives.

A guy who says casually something as un-PC as "wages are too high" doesn't really believe in raising the minimum wage.  But Trump is largely governed by his emotions, he thinks there is an opportunity to attract some Bernie supporters, so he's saying things to appeal to them.  It's an eye-rolling, annoying thing for him to say, but I personally do not believe that's what he wants to do.

Admittedly, that's me reading tea leaves, and perhaps me rationalizing my very reluctant vote for the guy.  But I think there's definitely a thread going through his "politics" of things he believes, and things he just says to be liked, even temporaritly.  I actually do believe he supports some form of government-health care, which is a huge negative.  As a seat of the pants entrepreneur, he would hate a minimum wage, but like not having to worry about health care.

But he's not a conservative, never has been.

The way I see it, Trump has one guiding principle, "how does this benefit me."  I doubt he has ever looked at anything from a perspective of right and wrong.  So in terms of policy, he's all over the map from past to present, without any clear indication of real beliefs.  At this moment in time, what benefits Trump, is attracting the most voters.  So whatever he says is aimed at that end.

He might actually govern conservatively, if someone can show him how he benefits from that.  But who the h3ll knows what the man is truly going to do.

I think that's completely fair.

The other consolation for me is that to the extent there are issues about which he doesn't care at all, he'll likely go with his GOP advisors/cabinet and the party, and lean more conservative.  It's a pretty crappy option, but given that we know there's a complete Zonk behind door number three...I can hold my nose and vote for him.

But I don't blame those who can't.

He might actually govern conservatively

No chance of that, ever. There is not a conservative bone or thought in his body

I didn't say that he had any conservative beliefs.  More in the vein of a blind squirrel finding a nut, Trump might implement some conservative policies, if someone could convince him that he will benefit from it.

There is no evidence or chance of that. Besides, his advisers right now are Democrats and I doubt that changes. From the Kelo decision to dissing Scalia over affirmative action, Trump has shown he likes liberal judges.

Comparing him to Hillary doesn't change what Trump is.

Supporting Trump because he might be different than his whole life and every public statement would suggest is delusional.

The man cannot be trusted AT ALL!!

Sure he can. He can be trusted to betray every last one of his supporters.

What a farce! People who voted for or supported this scum are fools.
