Sarah Silverman Tells ‘Bernie or Bust’ Crowd They’re Being ‘Ridiculous’

Comedian Sarah Silverman chastised the “Bernie or Bust” crowd that’s created turmoil at the Democratic National Convention for being “ridiculous” during DNC remarks on Monday.
She joined Senator Al Franken (D., Minn.) on the first night of the convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to introduce musical act Paul Simon.
Silverman had time to burn and interrupted the cheering of the crowd to tell the crowd of supporters who call themselves “Bernie or Bust” that they were not bringing the party together.
“Can I just say to the Bernie or Bust people?” Silverman asked. “You’re being ridiculous.”
