It was and it's still unfolding.  I'm video impaired, but apparently Ted is juiced in front of an audience this morning.  Wish I could see it.

I wasn't a big Cruz fan, but he sure impressed me with his courage last night.  The Trumpster orchestration of boos (and their blatant acknowledgement of such) proves how petty they are.

Everybody will be listening to Trump to see if he responds, but Cruz will be living in his head all day.  Loving it.

I think that the main gist that came out of last nite ....aside from Cruz's rousing speech (and the applause it garnered)....is that Trump exposed what a conniving piece of excrement he is by instigating the crowd to boo Ted, even though he knew beforehand what Cruz would say and that there would be no endorsement.  Just shows that Trump is, like a typical liberal (still), just as bad a winner as he is a loser. 

Earth to Trump:  You are only convincing me ....more and more....to NOT vote for you this November, when I had resigned myself to have do so.  Heckuva job, Trumpy!!!

Just to report some other views... the "We have to vote for Trump over Hillary" people on the local (Cental Texas) radio this morning are of the opinion that Ted Cruz destroyed his career last night, that he was selfish and petty, etc. etc. 

I guess time will tell.

Cruz spoke with integrity. I thought this is what we wanted in Washington.

Whatever the consequences of his speech I have no doubt he has earned the respect of millions of us for it.

As to "ruining his career"? Let's take a breath and recall that this election is supposed about upending the establishment. Anyone notice that Trump has kinda "moved on" from that? Ref: Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan.
